Miller Freeman has 30 years experience in the heating, ventilation, plumbing trades and a wide knowledge in mechanical design and system operations.

Miller Freeman's wealth of experience has seen them manage a range of works in both the public and private sector such as new and refurbishment installation projects, responsive call outs, legionella compliance works, boiler replacements, water treatments and minor works. Miller Freeman are experts in mechanical design, advice services and providing technical support for responsive maintenance and emergency call outs. They will also work closely with clients to develop an individual service package for all gas and water requirements.

Smart Building Technology installed our flagship remote monitoring system Legionella Watch at The Home Brewery building, part of Nottingham County Council's building portfolio. Legionella Watch was used to ensure remedial work carried out by Miller Freeman was working as expected. Any issues detected were reported back to Miller Freeman in weekly reports. These reports enabled tweaks to be made but workman on site which were recorded and seen instantly by the remote monitoring system. This data was used to report back immediately at times to say whether or not the change in question had a positive or negative result.

Miller Freeman completed their work with the knowledge in hand that the closed water system improvements and changes that they made, had made a positive impact on the building improving all areas in which they had carried out work. Many thanks for the data and the information provided by the Legionella Watch system. The whole process from installation to the updated weekly report has been fantastic. Its purpose was to demonstrate how a newly installed system was operating for a 3-month period, so we could iron out any issues, or flag up any areas of concern before full hand over to the client.

The real time data allowed us to make several minor adjustments and changes to achieve satisfactory temperatures throughout the property that would not normally be picked up. Many Thanks for all your efforts, we shall definitely utilise this system on projects going forward.
